Main Components:
Plate heat exchanger: Regeneration section, heating section, holding section, cooling section. Plate material SS304 (SS316L optional), food-grade EPDM gaskets.
Product balance tank: Feed buffering, level monitoring, CIP port.
Sanitary centrifugal pumps: Product feed pump & hot-water circulation pump.
Steam-hot-water mixing group: Provide heating source for pasteurization.
Holding tube: To guarantee required sterilization holding time.

Working Cycle
Raw milk / cream feeds into product balance tank.
Feed pump sends product into plate heat exchanger; cold product is pre-heated by already-pasteurized hot product in regeneration section.
Product is heated to target pasteurization temperature in heating section.
Flows through holding tube for required holding time. Under-temperature product is diverted back to balance tank.
Hot sterilized product transfers heat to incoming cold feed in regeneration section for energy recovery.
Product is further cooled by cooling water in cooling section.
Qualified pasteurized product discharges to next process. Unit can be connected to external CIP unit for circulating clean-in-place.
