The tank adopts three-layer structure:
1.Inner tank: Food grade SUS304 stainless steel (SUS316L optional), 2B polish or mirror polished surface, hygienic design without dead corners, compatible with CIP cleaning system.
2.Cooling jacket: Dimpled plate evaporator for direct expansion refrigeration, large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed.
3.Insulation layer: High-density PU foam insulation, 80mm thickness, excellent thermal insulation effect.
Standard Accessories: Top agitator, refrigeration condensing unit, PLC siemens control panel, manhole, vent filter, CIP spray ball, sampling valve, milk inlet & outlet, PT100 temperature probe.
Working Principle
This machine adopts direct expansion refrigeration cycle, after raw milk enters the tank, the refrigerant absorbs heat from milk inside the dimpled evaporator jacket. The agitator runs continuously to ensure even temperature distribution and prevent cream separation,the temperature sensor monitors liquid temperature in real time. the compressor will automatically stop once milk reaches set temperature (normally 4°C), and restart automatically when temperature rises, the thick of PU layer minimizes heat infiltration from ambient environment.
