Main Construction:
Three Stainless Steel Tanks
Caustic Tank: Store alkaline detergent to remove protein, grease and organic residues
Acid Tank: Store acid detergent to eliminate limescale and mineral deposits
Hot Water Tank: Supply water for pre-rinsing and final rinsing All tanks are made of SUS304, fitted with level gauge, manhole, CIP spray ball, temperature sensor and drain outlet.
Sanitary Centrifugal Pump: Provides stable circulation pressure for cleaning liquid circulation.
Sanitary Pipeline & Valves:stainless steel sanitary piping and valves, hygienic layout without dead zones.
Independent Control Cabinet: Equipped with temperature indicators and operation buttons. Manual operation is standard;
Integrated Stainless Steel Skid Base All assemblies pre-installed and tested in factory. Only water, power connections are required on site.
Working Principle
Standard cleaning sequence: Pre-rinse with clean water → Circulating alkaline cleaning → Intermediate water rinse → Circulating acid cleaning → Final hot water rinse → Optional hot water sterilization. Cleaning solution circulates inside closed equipment loop. Combined chemical action and fluid scouring remove residues thoroughly. No need for manual disassembly of production equipment.
