300L Portable CIP Skid System is a compact and efficient Clean-in-Place (CIP) unit designed for hygienic cleaning of stainless steel processing equipment, tanks and sanitary pipelines. It is widely used in dairy, beverage, food processing, brewing, winery and other sanitary production facilities.
This CIP system adopts a three-tank configuration, consisting of a 300L hot water tank, 300L alkaline tank and 300L acid tank. The cleaning solutions are circulated through the equipment by a sanitary CIP pump, allowing tanks, pipelines, valves, pumps and other product-contact components to be cleaned without dismantling.

300L Hot Water Tank
The 300L hot water tank is used for preparing and storing the hot water solution required during the stage of the CIP process.
The tank is made of SUS304 with a doulbe wall or single wall construction. It is equipped with an electric heating tube, DN32 sanitary connection, tri-clamp fittings and a liquid-level indicator tube.
300L Alkaline Tank:
The alkaline tank is designed for preparing and heating the alkaline cleaning solution.
The alkaline solution is mainly used to remove milk, beverage, juice, sugar, protein, fat and other organic residues from the internal surfaces of tanks and pipelines.
The tank is equipped with an electric heating tube, sanitary connections and a liquid-level indicator. The heating temperature can be controlled through the electrical control panel.
300L Acid Tank:
The 300L acid tank is used to prepare and circulate an acid cleaning solution.
Acid cleaning is mainly used to remove mineral deposits, scale and inorganic residues that may accumulate on the internal surfaces of processing equipment and pipelines.
The acid tank is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and includes sanitary connections and a liquid-level indicator tube.
Sanitary CIP Pump:
The system is equipped with a SUS304 sanitary centrifugal CIP pump with a rated flow of approximately 5,000 L/h and a pump lift of approximately 24 m.
The pump provides the circulation pressure required to deliver cleaning solutions through the processing equipment, pipelines, valves and return lines.
The actual pump capacity can be customized according to the equipment being cleaned, pipeline length, pipe diameter and required cleaning flow velocity.

Electrical Control Panel:
An independent SUS304 electrical control panel is provided for operation and monitoring of the CIP system.
The control panel can control the operation of the CIP pump and heating elements and can be configured with temperature controllers, indicator lights, switches and safety protection devices.
The system can be supplied with manual control as standard, while PLC and HMI automatic control can be provided as an optional upgrade for more advanced CIP requirements.
Typical CIP Cleaning Process
The 300L CIP system can be operated according to the following typical cleaning sequence:
Pre-Rinsing → Alkaline Cleaning → Intermediate Rinsing → Acid Cleaning → Final Rinsing → Disinfection
The alkaline cleaning stage removes organic residues such as milk, juice, sugar, protein and grease.
The acid cleaning stage removes mineral deposits and scale.
The disinfection stage provides the final hygienic treatment before the processing equipment is returned to production.
The exact cleaning temperature, chemical concentration, circulation time and cleaning sequence should be adjusted according to the product being processed and the requirements of the customer's production process.
