Working Process
1.Feed pasteurized & cooled cream into drum;
2.Start machine, drum rotates forward to churn cream. Fat globules collide and aggregate into butter grains;
3.Apply spray cooling during churning to maintain proper temperature;
4.Open drain valve to discharge separated buttermilk after churning;
5.Add clean water to wash butter grains, drain waste water again;
6.Run reverse rotation to assist butter discharging;
7.Clean drum interior with water after production.
